Returns

At The FITX, we care about your satisfaction. If your order isn’t quite right, don’t worry — we’re here to make it right.

🔁 Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect.

  • The request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items without original labels or packaging

  • Products bought during flash sales, combos, or clearance offers

  • Products returned without prior approval

📦 Return Process

  1. Contact Us via email at support@thefitx.in or call +91 7015532370  within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Share your Order ID, issue details, and photos/video of the item (in case of damage, wrong item, or expiry).

  3. Once verified, we’ll provide instructions for pickup or return shipping.

An unboxing video may be requested to validate claims for refunds or replacements.

🚚 Pickup & Shipping

  • If your pincode is serviceable, our logistics partner will arrange a pickup.

  • If not, we may ask you to self-ship the product to our return address.

  • For eligible returns, you may receive free return shipping or reimbursement (case-by-case basis).

💸 Refunds

Once the returned product is received and verified, we will process your refund:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit/debit/UPI) within 7–10 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

❌ Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

🔄 Replacements
